Meet us at Sudbury on Show

Next Saturday, 23rd March, the biennial Sudbury on Show event is being held in the Sudbury Arts Centre on Market Hill (in the former church) from 10am to 3pm and we, Babergh (South Suffolk) Lib Dems, will be there along with 50 other community organisations.

The event was first founded by the late great Andrew Phillips, Lord Philips of Sudbury, who in addition to being an active Lib Dem Peer was also our local party President until shortly before his death last year. At 9am on the same day, a plaque commemorating Andrew will be unveiled on the outside of Sudbury Library on the corner of Kings Street and Friars Street to which everyone in invited to attend.

If you are coming to Sudbury that day, do pop into the Arts Centre and say hello to us. Our new very active PPC, Tom Bartleet, intends to be with us most of the day.
