A short pause in campaigning!

With a number of our candidates taking the opportunity to be at Portman Road for the decisive match that eventually saw the Tractor Boys promoted back to the Premier League there was a brief lull in campaigning today much to the relief of our feet and voters getting more literature to read.
The lull will be temporary as we enter the home straight in the campaign for next Thursdays County Council elections
In the meantime we offer our congratulations to the players and club on their promotion. Ipswich back in the Premier League is good for local morale and is commercially valuable to Suffolk as a whole
